Our Pet Policy Details:

• Cats and dogs are allowed.

Restrictions or other terms:

• We welcome two (2) pets per apartment home and have a beautiful enclosed pet park.
• A $400-$600 non-refundable pet fee will be required per apartment, not per pet.
• 99 pound weight limit.
• We do not allow aggressive breeds such as: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chows, Akitas, Sharpeis, Bull Terriers, Wolves, Standard Poodles, or any mixed breed with the above unless ordered by a Medical Doctor pursuant by law. Resident must agree to furnish breed documentation or verification from a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine.
